Jones Goodell 45' Trawler & Boathouse F-8

Boat:  Concordia is for sale!!!  Due to our aging, after twenty years, our Jones Goodell 45ft Trawler needs to be passed on to the next adventuring Mariner.  Sadly we will be selling our water home. (We've never lived on it full time, but it is more than capable for a full-time live-aboard.  Or Tiny Home on the water.)  For a number of years, the PO would venture to the Canadian waters/islands every summer and "live on the boat", for three months or so.
