On deck the aft seats convert into a sunpad. The swim platform has a telescoping swim ladder and transom shower.

There is a walk through windshield, full enclosure canvas, Garmin GPS and trim tabs.

Also includes road runner tandem axle galvanized trailer.

Boathouse- This is a 30-foot tandem boathouse at 385 sq-ft with good roll-up enclosure. 4 year old Hydrohoist boat lift included. The Hydrohoist was $17,000 new.

2006 Bayliner 265:  Mercruiser 5.0 MPI (230HP) - Closed cooling

Max speed is 43 mph, Cruising 24 mph

Boat has had major services done in 2024 by Gig Harbor M&B to get it into top-running condition, including: new fuel module (cooler - includes pumps), new plugs/rotor/cap, outdrive bellows, shift cable, exhaust manifold/risers/elbow, outdrive service; water pump (2023)

Complete cockpit enclosure is in boathouse (faded)

Never bottom painted - clean hull - boat has been stored on lift completely out of water or in dry dock storage before our purchase

Boathouse C7, 14' x 36':  Boathouse was removed from the water and structurally rebuilt by B. Chunn in 2019, which included new galvanized steel supports on new foundation framing and new decking. Boathouse includes storage loft, and ample lighting, and sliding curtain.
